John Holman has been running The Fortunes fan club for many
years now. He also runs 'The Songwriters', a quarterly
fanzine which covers the many musical talents of The Fortunes and those
notorious singer-songwriters Roger Cook & Roger Greenaway. The publications
contain information on hundreds of connected artists and many record
labels, including a great many discographies. John has recently turned
his attention to 'Interactive CD roms' which he puts free in the fanzine.
These are an interactive way of listening to audio, looking at pictures,
video, and reading articles about various artists on your computer.
The
Songwriters wants to hear from you if you have anything which you think
might be relevant - be it comment, write-ups, reviews, pictures, cuttings
or fascinating facts to be printed in forthcoming issues.
